Experimental archaeology at the National Museum !

Next Saturday (November 16th), a group of UCD archaeologists will be presenting their projects at the National Museum of Ireland on Kildare Street as part of Science Week.


The construction of the Mesolithic house, the flint-knapping activities, the pottery experiments, smelting and casting of metal,  and many more projects will be presented on that day !

Involved in this fantastic event are UCD Archaeology Society members Niall Inwood, John "Tipper" Murphy, John Mulrooney, Bernard Gilhooly, Cian Corrigan, Mark Powers, Katie Rose Dunne, Brendan O'Neill and Wayne Malone. 

It will take place at the National Museum all day on Saturday (10am-4pm). Free admittance, all welcome !
